In 2016, Architectrum’s site resembled many of the sites of the early 2000s, the Moscow architecture firm clearly needed to overhaul their website and update to their brand identity. These goals fell in line with their intentions to expand the firm’s presence internationally.

The opportunity to overhaul not just any firm’s identity, but my uncle’s, proved to be an inspiration-filled venture. An intimate look into the founder’s mind made this design more than personal. Car rides on the way to work were filled with unforgettable discussion; there was time to thoroughly discuss more ideas, consider a previously uncomfortable thought as a reality, and learn from someone who had mastered their art form. One thing is clear, with the right amount of time and involvement from the designer and client can leave an incredible experience and result for both.
